We didn't mind to drive 40km each way to dine there. There's a reason, nice food, friendly services, reasonable prices and a clean environment. The catch is the parking and queue; gotta be there early.

Beautiful Pho. It was nice to enjoy Pho, Spring rolls and my all time favourite Banh Tam Bi at this Vietnamese Restaurant in Howick Auckland. The Baguette also packs some crunch and in general, this is a warm Pho shop with a home made touch. As I am leaning to healthier meals now, I would prefer more lettuce or some fresh bean sprouts to go with the Pho… aids in digestion

This was our first visit here and we will definitely be back. The service was excellent and the food was good. We ordered a beef & rice dish which came with a broth type soup. Rice paper rolls with prawn & I think pork. The noodle soup had lots of combination meats - with great depth of flavour. The portion sizes were generous.

15th july 2025 we were recommend to try beef bone noodle soup last time we visited so we had to try and it was absolutely delicious I had the rare beef and beef ball and this also very good 8th july 2025 can't get enough of this place we tried pork bone noodle soup and this was top-tier and banh mi is so good bun is crispy and soft 17th june 2025 came back again sooo good this time i was able to get the banh mi absolutely best banh mi perfect in all way I got the same delux beef noodle but without tripe. owner is super friendly. 13th june 2025 I think I found my fav Vietnamese noodle shop in east this place is clean friendly staff and food is delicious and price is good and spring roll is so tasty this place get full pretty soon so be quick to get your seat diffinatly coming back here

This restaurant located in the group of shops in Sommerville is amazing value! Their menu seems to be a mixture of Vietnamese and Hong Kong cafe foods. Service was attentive and the portions are large for the price. Their beef bone broth is tasty and goes great with the noodles which was cooked well that it it didn't expand or too soft. The pho was salty enough to go with noodles or a bahn mi. I also got a hot milktea takeaway and it was brewed so well that it just had the perfect fragrance of black tea and the smoothness of some sort of creamy milk they use. The place is nice and spacious and is a great place for locals to enjoy lunch.

Visited the place two years ago and was not impressed. Heard some good words lately and decided to re-try - it was delicious. Pho broth is well-balanced between bone, spices and herbs and very comforting. Ingredients are rich and fresh. Noodles are a bit soft in my taste but overall would give 8/10. Lemongrass pork up w/ vermicelli. Love the pork chop, crispy and perfectly seasoned. Solid 8/10 There are beef/pork bone pho which comes with a big meaty bone. Would love to try on next visit.

We bought Bun Bo Hue and Beef Pho with Spring rolls. Love both of the soups. You can taste bone marrow in the soup. It's rich and flavourful. We buy quite often because their soups are delicious
